Introduction to Troubleshooting written exam will test your ability to do the following: 

• Review Zscaler's troubleshooting processes
• Explain Zscaler's troubleshooting tools
• Discuss the self-help support options offered by Zscaler
• Identify how to get the help you need

Other Details: 

This certification will expire 2 years after successful completion, to maintain your certification you will have to recertify. 

Recertification Steps: 

60 days before your certification expiration date, you will receive an email from Zscaler with a link to your recertification exam. You will not be required to retake any content but we do recommend your review updated material in the recommended learning journey. After passing the recertification exam, your certification will be valid for the next 2 years. While you can maintain each level of certification achieved, you only need to re-certify at the highest level certification you have.
